TUNIX/SMS Authentication - Troubleshooting tips
Different issues can be experienced while using (attempting to use) the TUNIX/SMS-Authentication service;
several of these are not directly related to the TUNIX service itself but to a number of configuration options and interoperating systems and infrastructures.
The list below describes a number of issues that could be experienced due to browser settings;
It is recommended to rule out all these possible factors before referring to the network administrator and/or TUNIX.
